Unveiled in 2022 to honour the 50th anniversary of BMW M (née Motorsport), the M4 CSL marked only the third use of the “Competition, Sport, Lightweight” nomenclature in company history. Descendant of the 3.0 CSL and E46-generation M3 CSL, the model’s 7min18.137sec effort made it the fastest series-production BMW ever to lap the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

Carbon fibre-reinforced plastic roof and boot lid panels combined with a pared-back interior for a weight saving of 100 kilograms. Meanwhile, the twin-turbocharged 3.0 inline-six engine was wound up to deliver 558 PS, helping achieve a top speed of 307 km/h.

From the limited run of 1,000 units, the car offered here presents collectors who missed out on an original allocation with the opportunity to acquire an “as-new” example. It was specified in the exclusive M4 CSL metallic colour of Frozen Brooklyn Grey featuring red accents over a black Merino leather interior with red Alcantara inserts.
